At Prime Spot Saunas, we take pride in providing a seamless and transparent delivery experience that reflects the quality of our products. From order confirmation to arrival, we ensure you're informed and supported every step of the way.
- Small accessories and non-sauna items: Delivered within 8–10 business days after order processing.
- Sauna packages: Due to their size and specialty transit requirements, delivery may take up to 30 days.
- Orders are dispatched promptly once shipping details are confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order
Shipping costs vary by brand and product category. While Finmark saunas ship free, most items carry fixed or weight-based shipping fees. These rates are calculated transparently at checkout or included in the product price for select brands.

Prime Spot Saunas currently ships to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
If you're placing an order from outside the continental U.S., please contact us directly at support@primespotsauna.com before checkout so we can provide a custom shipping quote and ensure proper handling.
